It allows you to have so much fun with a handheld device that you can't get enough of it.
Advantages:
- Fun new interface for navigating multimedia
- Web browser is just simply terrific
- Syncs well with PCs and MACs
- Built-in speaker for voice calling and music
- Poor email and PIM connectivity
- Bad audio quality on phone calls
- Virtual keyboard is hard to type on.
- No FM radio
